The safest credential is the one we never receive. BasisRestore does not need control of your funds.
Never send secrets
Never send a seed phrase, private key, exchange password, one-time code, recovery code, session cookie, or API credential with trading, transfer, or withdrawal permission.
Current public form
The qualification form accepts structured metadata only. Real transaction files remain blocked from the public flow until a private intake path and deletion workflow are ready for the case.
Report a concern
Use the Contact page to request a private reply. Describe the category of the issue only; do not include customer data, credentials, or exploit details in the qualification form.
