Privacy
This notice describes the current public qualification flow. It does not describe a future file-upload product.
What we collect
We collect your reply email and structured qualification metadata: customer type, region, tax years, source categories, approximate volume, and issue categories. Abuse protection uses a pseudonymized network signal; the application does not persist a raw IP address in the diagnostic request.
What not to submit
Do not submit transaction files, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, credentials, seed phrases, or private keys through the public form. The form has no file upload or free-text evidence field.
How the information is used
We use qualification information to assess fit, reply to your request, prevent abuse, and operate the pilot. Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Stripe may process limited information when they provide hosting, storage, email delivery, or accepted-case payment services.
Retention and future evidence
Qualification records are kept only while needed to review and respond to the request and to operate the pilot. Before accepting real transaction evidence, we will provide case-specific handling and deletion terms through a private channel.
