What an Evidence Pack looks like
This sample uses a fictional Coinbase account. Every number, date and row is made up; no real customer data appears here.
The story in this sample
A fictional customer bought BTC every week, then received 1.5 ETH from an outside wallet, converted some ETH, withdrew BTC to an external address and sold part of both. Coinbase's export does not explain where the ETH came from, what the Convert became or where the withdrawal went. The pack shows 18 rows confirmed against the source and four open items, each with the evidence needed to close it.

What this is not
BasisRestore reconstructs and documents records. It does not give tax advice, decide how a transaction is treated, prepare returns or promise any outcome. Open items stay open until the right evidence or your accountant resolves them.
