The public qualification step is free and does not ask for payment information.
Free qualification
A free qualification request has no charge and therefore no refund is needed. Submitting the form does not authorize BasisRestore to collect payment.
Accepted cases
If your case is accepted, the scope, price, delivery target, and the cancellation or refund terms that apply to that engagement are shown in writing before payment. Do not pay a link that does not match the written case reference and scope you received.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, use the contact route and include only your case reference. Do not send card details or transaction records.
